A brief bit of Thankfulness from the folks at ha media…

As we tally up all the things we are thankful for in preparation for that toast, I wanted to share some of ours, briefly.

In no particular order, here goes:

Squirticus - newest volunteer addition to ha media staff

  • Thankful that my dad made it through the heart attack largely unscathed.
  • For Squirticus, the street kitteh who walked into our home over so many others to choose from, so that we can enjoy this curious, soft, squishy addition to our family.
  • For so many accidental friendships that seem to have just happened via all sorts of channels.
  • For all our clients for their support and patience and for always having our back.  We hope that we’re worthy of your loyaltyJ
  • For the little one’s new-found love, the string bass and the Flagler Youth Orchestra
  • For a random post on FB that lead us to discover Cupcake Malbec
  • For the #PWE3 girls
  • For every day we spent watching the kiddo learning to skim board in the Atlantic, and for every plate of fish & chips devoured at the Golden Lion
  • For the few really good movies we got to see and even for the bad ones.
  • For all the moments of peace shared with the family
  • For the hugs and kisses from the boys that came unbidden
  • For gloriously sweet strawberries from our garden
  • For the lickiest dog that ever lived, Mr. Jack-Jack and for sweet Bruno-bibbles, the chicken-shit.
  • For not having to apologize too much, for having cried relatively little, for having laughed some, and for all of us getting through it with a bit of our optimism intact.

Happy Thanksgiving, peeps…

What are you thankful for?

    I’m thankful for so many things Inna and feel so lucky that I recognize that, as you do.

    I’m thankful for 2 healthy children that love me back, one amazing husband that puts up with my crap and an elderly mother that drives me nuts. I’ll miss her when she’s gone, driving me nuts and all.

    I am thankful to have you and Jon in my life. I’m thankful for so many wonderful friends, all across the globe and all with giving hearts.

    Aren’t cats crazy? They walk into our lives, fur balls that they are, and we fall in love. So glad you found your squishy ball of love!

    One more thing…I respect the hell out of you. How ’bout that? Why? Because you have the nerve to say what you think, versus hiding behind a mask. I think that’s why so many others feel the same. You are special…don’t ever forget it.

      Petra – hope you had a blast with the family. And very happy to have met you (although wish we had a bit more time). :-)

    Thanks for sharing…for me/us:
    …biz wise…you guys are at the top of my list for 2 years running now…
    …everyone is healthy on our end;
    …being above ground and watching our 2 kids grow, learn and just be goofy kids;
    …learning more about my wife Julie, even after 23 years of being together;
    …and an a whimsical note: watching my chocolate lab Sophie on a daily basis view our backyard as a Golden Corral buffet much to my bewilderment

      Chris – honored to be on your list, sir. As for your family (which includes the four-legged), I think you guys are just great. Feel like we know you and can so totally relate to all that you are thankful for. Here is to the truly important stuff, the little things that make us smile or shed a tear, the furballs keeping us eternally grateful for being owned by them, and to our goofy kids.
      Cheers-

    I’m thankful for my kitties too. We had 2 die this year, and added 2 rescues.
    I’m thankful for my husband. We’ve been together almost 14 years and married almost 10 of them.
    I’m thankful for social media. It’s fun and it’s paying the bills.
    I’m thankful that I’ll get to see the ocean for the first time in February.
    I’m thankful that my son has found a job, and likes it, and that he is doing well.
    I’m thankful for my job(s) and my wonderful bosses who are loyal to me and keep me from being homeless.
    Have a great holiday, Inna and Jon, with your new squishy family member. :)
